Jennifer’s approach to management goes beyond traditional representation. From contract negotiations to expanding brand presence, Jennifer’s deep understanding of the creative and business sides of the industry makes her a vital advocate for African voices on the global stage.

Previously, Jennifer was an Agent in the Global TV & Film Department at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where she spent seven years advancing creative opportunities and fostering

business growth for clients of color across all divisions. She played a pivotal role in expanding CAA’s footprint in the African entertainment landscape, connecting African culture and talent with global audiences. Jennifer also contributed across CAA’s Motion Picture, Television, Sports, and Music divisions, ensuring that African creatives found a platform in every corner of the industry.

Before her time at CAA, Jennifer practiced as an Entertainment and Intellectual Property lawyer in Beijing, China, specializing in rights protection, film investment, financing, and copyright licensing for clients in the entertainment industry.

Jennifer holds a Political Science and Sociology degree from Hampton University, a law degree with a focus on Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property from Charlotte School of Law, and a Certificate of Chinese Law Education from Peking University in Beijing, China. Her diverse academic background and global perspective continue to inform her mission of elevating African creatives and bridging the worlds of Africa and international entertainment.
